STEPS TO MY ROUTINE

My morning routine for maximum productivity and measurable performance using the principles of “Kaizen” continuous incremental improvement consists of 4 steps:

Step 1 – Journaling for Mindfulness and State Preparation – using “The Five Minute Journal”.

Step 2 Review my Goals and Project Plans – using Tony Robbins “Rapid Planning Method” (RPM).

Step 3 – Reading for Education.

Step 4 – Training / Exercise.

I usually sit in my garden for my morning routine in all weather except rain.
It’s important to keep this consistent to gain continuous incremental improvement and review your progress in your journals and plans at 6 monthly or 12 monthly intervals.
If you remain consistent with gradual improvements, then this periodic review will definitely put a smile on your face 😎.

One of the best tools that I have used is my goal achievement system which I created from multiple sources including a results based plan to achieve your goals and daily journaling to nibble away at tasks using a Kaizen based continuous improvement technique.
